Board of Directors

Our Plantation Lakes Board of Directors are volunteer homeowners (selected by a community voting process) with the duty of putting personal preferences aside, understanding their individual roles as board members and as fiduciaries, and to act with good faith and make decisions based on what is best for the entire community.

There are three primary functions of our Board of Directors:

  1. Maintain the Common Areas/Elements of the Community

  2. Ensure Compliance with Governing Documents

  3. Conduct the Financial Business of the Association
