Board of Directors
Our Plantation Lakes Board of Directors are volunteer homeowners (selected by a community voting process) with the duty of putting personal preferences aside, understanding their individual roles as board members and as fiduciaries, and to act with good faith and make decisions based on what is best for the entire community.

There are three primary functions of our Board of Directors:

Maintain the Common Areas/Elements of the Community

Ensure Compliance with Governing Documents

Conduct the Financial Business of the Association
Plantation Lakes held its Annual Members Meeting on Oct 7th, 2024.
Board Members Steve Warnecke, Lynne Brumund, and Darlene Flowers were elected to
PLHA Board positions for 3yr terms.
After the election, the new 9-member board gathered to determine officer positions.
In 2025, Bruce Bauss will serve as President, Steve Warnecke will serve as Vice President, Lynne Brumund will serve as Secretary, and Toni Brown will serve as Treasurer.
